Welcome! My name is Damon with ParagonPro Fitness and if you have the goal of pushing an amount of weight that will give you the highest level of gym respect, then you are EXACTLY where you belong. This custom 6-week program the I will write out with you is all about YOU. It's fully customized to match your specific goals, whether you’re looking to increase your bench press, squat, power clean, or your deadlift. You get to choose which lift(s) you want to focus on, and everything will be tailored to suit your current abilities, resources and desired outcomes.

Your program will contain all of my knowledge that transformed me from a frail, powerless individual to someone who could squat 600 pounds and bench 405 without ever using performance-enhancing substances. Trust me, this program will bring you success..

How does the program/coaching work?

After buying the program, you'll receive a questionnaire to fill out and send to me (at paragonprofitness@gmail.com). One of the questions will be about your chosen communication and video call platform for the program's duration. Once the platform is ready, we'll set up an introductory video call to discuss the other questions you received, and go over any other questions you may have. Together on the video call, we'll create your personalized program and any questions you may have. Once your program is created and our start date is set, we will begin and I will reach out daily checking up on workouts/little things. Each week we will video call for 10-20 minutes and go over the week and make sure everything is going smooth and make any changes necessary to get you the best results you can in 6 weeks.

What this program will do for you...

LIFT. HEAVY. Thats what will happen. While this is a strength building program specifically, you will also build muscle and craft a great physique. You will increase your strength, and physique but you will also increase your knowledge of weight training that will stick with you and benefit you for the rest of your life.

Weight training isn't just a hobby, its can be a outlet for anything. There is something special about something that is hard and that you have to work for and stay consistent in. 

What else to expect

You will be held accountable and pushed to give your all every day! In addition to killer and unique workouts and training techniques, I'll also give you daily tasks and reminders to keep you on track. Plus, I'll be checking in with you daily to see how you're doing and if everything is going smoothly. These things I give you daily are just as crucial as hitting the gym with high energy and pumping the iron!

My goal is your success. With me as your trainer, I'll do all in my power to get you there, and if you're fully dedicated, we'll get it.
