Welcome, football players! If you're looking to improve your on-field performance, size, strength, speed, and athleticism, to a level you don't even think thats possible right now, you're in the right place!
This training program is designed specifically for YOU. This plan is the result of thousands of hours spent studying NFL players' training routines, refining gym techniques, and countless hours of trial and error. The things you will do in this program transformed me from a skinny, unathletic, and struggling football player to a D1 Power 5 prospect.
Unfortunately because of too many concussions i had to hang it up and couldn't except my college scholarships. But, my knowledge of how i turned myself into that caliber of athlete will stick with me forever. Now my job is to give you HOPE, and help you accomplish whatever you put your mind to.


What this program will do for you...
This customized program takes a unique approach to weight training. Along with gaining size and strength, you'll also improve your speed, explosion, and power through a twist on traditional weight training methods. The program includes a mix of compound lifts to build overall muscle and strength, some targeted arm exercises to build huge arms because who doesn't want a set of pythons for arms, and exercises to target muscles that may not be worked with traditional weightlifting. You may encounter new lifts, but during our video chats, I will provide explanations for their purpose in your program.
This program helped me achieve the following during my senior year of high school.
- -600 pound squat
- -405 pound bench press
- -375 pound power clean
- -230 lbs (8% body Fat)
- - 4.51 40
- - 41 Inch vertical
How does the program/coaching work?
After buying the program, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out and send to me (at paragonprofitness@gmail.com). One of the questions will be about your chosen communication and video call platform for the program's duration. Once the platform is ready, we'll set up an introductory video call to discuss the other questions you received, and go over any other questions you may have. Together, we'll create your personalized program and address any concerns you may have. Once your program is created and our start date is set, we will begin and I will reach out daily checking up on workouts/little things. Each week we will video call for 10-20 minutes and go over the week and make sure everything is going smooth and make any changes necessary to get you the best results you can in 6 weeks.
