Welcome to the Customized Training Programs collection! A group of training programs containing the knowledge I have learned throughout my fitness journey in multiple different. No matter your background, goals, or experience level. Whether you're looking to build muscle, strength, improve athleticism, or start your fitness journey, you're in the right place!
These programs are unique to YOU! When you purchase a plan, you'll receive a brief questionnaire to help me understand your background, goals, and training resources. From there, we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 intro call, where I’ll personally design a fully customized 6-week training program tailored specifically for you.
Your program will be built on thousands of hours of research and firsthand learning working closely with top professionals in health and fitness, including NFL athletes, D1 college athletes, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and expert coaches. But just as important, they’re built on thousands of hours in the gym, testing, refining, and optimizing every technique through real-world experience.
